Whether you are a donor, a volunteer, or a student, Mercy Learning Center is committed to protecting your privacy in the following ways:
Personal information
We will never share your personal information with anyone else. This includes renting, selling, leasing, distributing, loaning, or otherwise consenting to allow an outside agent of Mercy Learning Center to view any personal information we have about you.
We ask for personal information if you choose to donate online. This information is used to acknowledge your gift for tax purposes as required by the IRS. If you provide your email address, it will be placed on our mailing list to receive occasional emails. You can opt out of email communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
We do publish the names of our supporters online and in print. If you would like anonymous recognition, please contact us at 203-334-6699.

Credit card security
It is important to us that the information you provide us when donating online remains secure. We have contracted with BluePay to securely process all credit card transactions. BluePay’s nonprofit payment forms are compliant with PCI standards and they maintain the highest levels of security to keep your data safe from fraud.
Your e-mail address
We only collect your e-mail address if you provide it when you donate online or if you ask to be added to our email distribution list. We do not collect your email address if you simply visit our website. We keep anonymous statistics about site usage that are not shared outside the organization.
